DTC C1A48: G Sensor [10/2015 - ]: Description

The forward recognition camera receives G sensor signals from the airbag ECU assembly via CAN communication.

If the forward recognition camera receives a G sensor malfunction signal from the airbag ECU assembly, DTC C1A48 is stored.

DTC No. Detection Item DTC Detection Condition Trouble Area
C1A48 G Sensor 2 seconds after the power switch is turned on (IG), a signal from the airbag ECU assembly indicating that there is a G sensor malfunction is detected by the forward recognition camera for 5 seconds or more.
