- Check if CAN communication system DTCs are output.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TC of DLC3 - HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY)
- Disconnect the D136 hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly connector.
- Disconnect the A18 ECM connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition D28-13 (TC) - D136-28 (TC) Always Below 1 Ω D28-13 (TC) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher D136-28 (TC) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
