Removal [10/2014 - 10/2015]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY (w/o EC Mirror) 
    1. Using a T20 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the screw.

    2. Slide the inner rear view mirror assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to remove it.
  2. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR STAY HOLDER COVER (w/ EC Mirror) 
    1. w/o Automatic High Beam System:
      1. Disengage the 2 claws and slide the inner rear view mirror stay holder cover as shown in the illustration.

      2. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the inner rear view mirror stay holder cover.

    2. w/ Automatic High Beam System:
      1. Disengage the 2 claws and slide the inner rear view mirror stay holder cover as shown in the illustration.

      2. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the inner rear view mirror stay holder cover.

  3. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY (w/ EC Mirror) 
    1. w/o Automatic High Beam System:
      1. Disconnect the connector.

      2. Using a T20 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the screw.
      3. Slide the inner rear view mirror assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to remove it.

    2. w/ Automatic High Beam System:
      NOTE:
      • Do not touch the camera lens (built into the inner rear view mirror assembly) with a bare hand.
      • Do not allow anything to adhere to the camera lens (built into the inner rear view mirror assembly).
      • Do not apply strong impacts to the inner rear view mirror assembly.
      • Do not allow any liquid to get on the inner rear view mirror assembly.
      1. Disconnect the connector.

      2. Using a T20 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the screw.
      3. Slide the inner rear view mirror assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to remove it.
