Reassembly [10/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF WIRE (w/o Sliding Roof) 
    1. Align the marking tape (A) on the No. 1 roof wire with the vehicle front end of the roof headlining.

      *A w/ Toyota Safety Sense P - -
      *a Marking Tape (A) *b Marking Tape (B)
      *c Marking Tape (C) *d Marking Tape (D)
      *e Marking Tape (E) *f Marking Tape (F)
    2. Align the edge of the marking tape (B) on the No. 1 roof wire with the visor opening and in between the lines on the roof headlining.
    3. Align the edge of the marking tape (C) on the No. 1 roof wire with the between the lines on the roof headlining.
    4. Align the edge of the marking tape (D) on the No. 1 roof wire with the visor opening and in between the lines on the roof headlining.
    5. Align the edge of the marking tape (E) on the No. 1 roof wire with the marking on the roof headlining.
    6. w/ Toyota Safety Sense P:
      1. Align the edge of the marking tape (F) on the No. 1 roof wire with the notch on the roof headlining.
    7. Apply adhesive tape to the roof headlining as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF WIRE (w/ Sliding Roof) 
    1. Align the marking tape (A) on the No. 1 roof wire with the vehicle front end of the roof headlining.

      *a Marking Tape (A) *b Marking Tape (B)
      *c Marking Tape (C) *d Marking Tape (D)

      *g with Rain Sensor - -
    2. Align the edge of the marking tape (B) on the No. 1 roof wire with the visor opening and in between the lines on the roof headlining.
    3. Align the edge of the marking tape (C) on the No. 1 roof wire with the between the lines on the roof headlining.
    4. Align the edge of the marking tape (D) on the No. 1 roof wire with the visor opening and in between the lines on the roof headlining.
    5. Align the edge of the marking tape (E) on the No. 1 roof wire with the marking on the roof headlining.
    6. Align the edge of each marking tape (F) on the No. 1 roof wire with the notch on the roof headlining.
    7. Apply adhesive tape to the roof headlining as shown in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOF HEADLINING PAD (w/o Sliding Roof) 
    1. Install the No. 2 roof headlining pad between the markings as shown in the illustration.

  4. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING PAD (w/o Sliding Roof) 
    1. Install the 4 roof headlining pads between the markings as shown in the illustration.

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF SILENCER PAD (w/ Sliding Roof) 
    1. Install the 2 No. 1 roof silencer pads as shown in the illustration.

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY
