Disassembly [10/2014 - 10/2015]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 6 screws and front license plate bracket sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER 
    1. Disengage the claw to remove the front fender liner retainer.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  3. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  4. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light) 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws to remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

  6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  7. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  8. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  9. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Fog Light) 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws to remove the fog light cover LH.

  10. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  11. REMOVE LOWER FRONT BUMPER COVER 
    1. Disengage the 10 claws to remove the lower front bumper cover.

  12. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE 
    1. Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Disengage the 18 claws to remove the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

  13. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL 
    1. Disengage the 16 clips to remove the hood to radiator grille seal.

  14. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 8 claws to remove the radiator grille sub-assembly.

  15. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM (w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System) 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and 4 claws to remove the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem.

  16. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System) 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and 4 claws to remove the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem.

  17. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE GARNISH 
    1. Remove the 9 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the lower radiator grille garnish.

  18. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE 
    1. Remove the 8 screws.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws to remove the radiator grille from the inner radiator grille.

  19. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER STAY LH 
    1. Remove the bolt.

    2. Using a screwdriver, disengage the clip to remove the No. 2 front bumper stay LH as shown in the illustration.
  20. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER STAY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  21. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER 
    1. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the front bumper energy absorber.

  22. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER SUPPORT SPACER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the clamp.

    2. Remove the 3 bolts.

    3. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 2 front bumper support spacer sub-assembly.

  23. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT 
    1. Disengage the 4 clamps.
