Inspection [10/2014 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT VISOR ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Connect a positive (+) lead from the auxiliary battery to terminal 2 and a negative (-) lead to terminal 1.

    2. Open the mirror cover.
    3. Check that the vanity light comes on.

      OK

      Vanity light comes on.

      TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

      *a Component without harness connected
      (Visor Assembly LH)

      If the result is not as specified, replace bulb or visor assembly LH.

  2. INSPECT VISOR ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Connect a positive (+) lead from the auxiliary battery to terminal 2 and a negative (-) lead to terminal 1.

    2. Open the mirror cover.
    3. Check that the vanity light comes on.

      OK

      Vanity light comes on.
