1. Use the Techstream to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally (Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2014 - 10/2015] ).

   OK

   CAN communication DTCs are not output.

1. Check if the smart key system (for Entry Function) is malfunctioning (Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2014 - 10/2015] ).

   Customization may not be possible depending on the malfunction in the smart key system (for Entry Function).

   No malfunctions are present in the smart key system (for Entry Function).

   1. Check the customize parameters list for the smart key system (for Entry Function) related items that can be customized via the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen (Refer to CUSTOMIZE PARAMETERS [10/2014 - ] ).
   2. Check the customize parameters list for the smart key system (for Start Function) related items that can be customized via the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen (Refer to CUSTOMIZE PARAMETERS [10/2014 - ] ).
2. Confirm that it is possible to manually change the settings of the customize parameters for each system that are available for customization via the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen.

   OK

   The items available for customization via the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen can be customized successfully using the manual procedure.
