NOTE:

Before replacing the remote engine starter ECU, refer to Registration of the remote engine starter system (Refer to REGISTRATION [10/2014 - ] ).
Before replacing the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly), refer to Registration of the immobiliser system (Refer to REGISTRATION [10/2014 - 10/2015] or REGISTRATION [10/2015 - ] ).
The remote engine starter system uses the CAN communication system. First, confirm that there are no malfunctions in the CAN communication system. Refer to the How to Proceed with Troubleshooting procedure (Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2014 - 10/2015] or HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2015 - ] ).
