Inspection [10/2014 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the front turn signal light assembly LH.
    2. Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the front turn signal light assembly LH and check that the lights come on.

      OK

      Condition Specified Condition
      Auxiliary battery positive (+) → Terminal 1
      Auxiliary battery negative (-) → Terminal 3      		 The turn signal light comes on
      Auxiliary battery positive (+) → Terminal 2
      Auxiliary battery negative (-) → Terminal 3      		 The parking light comes on
      TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

      *a Component without harness connected
      (Front Turn Signal Light Assembly LH)

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front turn signal light socket.

  2. INSPECT FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Remove the front turn signal light assembly RH.
    2. Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the front turn signal light assembly RH and check that the lights come on.

      OK
