Speedometer Malfunction [08/2013 - ]: Procedure

1. Check if a CAN communication DTC is output. Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [08/2013 - ] .

A: Go to next step 

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Active Test.
5. According to the display on the Techstream, perform the Active Test.

   • *1: except U.S.A.

   OK

   Speedometer indication is normal.

OK: Go to next step 

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Data List.
5. According to the display on the Techstream, read the Data List.
