DTC C1AA1: FCM Destination Information Unmatched [12/2012 - 10/2015]: Procedure

  1. ADJUST LANE DEPARTURE WARNING CAMERA 
    1. Perform the lane departure warning camera adjustment.

      Refer to ADJUSTMENT [12/2012 - 10/2015] .

    Result: 

    NEXT

  2. CLEAR DTC 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
    3. Enter the following menus: Chassis / Lane Departure Alert / Clear DTCs.
    4. Clear the DTCs.

      Chassis > Lane Departure Alert > Clear DTCs 

    Result: 

    NEXT

  3. CHECK FOR DTC 
    1. Perform the following to make sure the DTC detection conditions are met.

      HINT: 

      If the detection conditions are not met, the system cannot detect the malfunction.

      1. Drive the vehicle at a speed between 50 km/h (32 mph) and 220 km/h (138 mph), and operate the lane departure alert system.
    2. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    3. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
    4. Enter the following menus: Chassis / Lane Departure Alert / Trouble Codes.
    5. Check for DTCs.

      Chassis > Lane Departure Alert > Trouble Codes 

      Result Proceed to
      No DTCs are output
      DTC C1AA1 is output

    Result: 

    No DTCs are output 

    END (LANE DEPARTURE WARNING CAMERA ADJUSTMENT IS DEFECTIVE) 

    Result: 

    DTC C1AA1 is output

  4. REPLACE MAIN BODY ECU (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU) 
    1. Replace the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) with a new one.

      Refer to REMOVAL [12/2012 - ] .

    Result:

  5. ADJUST LANE DEPARTURE WARNING CAMERA 
    1. Perform the lane departure warning camera adjustment.

      Refer to ADJUSTMENT [12/2012 - 10/2015] .

    Result:

  6. CLEAR DTC 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
    3. Enter the following menus: Chassis / Lane Departure Alert / Clear DTCs.
    4. Clear the DTCs.

      Chassis > Lane Departure Alert > Clear DTCs 

    Result:

    REPLACE LANE DEPARTURE WARNING CAMERA. Refer to  REMOVAL [12/2012 - 10/2015]  .
