Disassembly [12/2012 - 08/2016]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY 
  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER CAP RH 
    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 3 claws to remove the rear seat cover cap RH.

      *1 Protective Tape

      HINT: 

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  3. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and reclining adjuster release handle RH.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 1 CUSHION HINGE COVER 
    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and clamp to remove the rear seat No. 1 cushion hinge cover.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 2 CUSHION HINGE COVER 
    1. Detach the clamp.

    2. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and clamp to remove the rear seat No. 2 cushion hinge cover.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 bushes and then lift up the cushion as shown in the illustration.

    2. Detach the clamp of the cable end.

    3. Disconnect the cable in the order shown in the illustration.
    4. Remove the 3 clamps.

    5. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws to remove the rear seatback cover.

      *1 Protective Tape

      HINT: 

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    6. Remove the 2 bolts, 2 bushes and No. 1 seat cushion assembly RH.

  7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER 
    1. Detach the 18 hooks and remove the separate type rear seat cushion cover (with pad) from the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly RH.

    2. Remove the hog ring.

    3. Remove the 13 hog rings and separate type rear seat cushion cover from the rear seat cushion pad RH.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH 
    1. Remove the clip and screw.

    2. Using a screwdriver, detach the claw to remove the rear seatback cover RH.
  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER 
    1. Remove the clip and screw.

    2. Using a screwdriver, detach the claw to remove the rear seat cover.
  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH 
    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and 2 clamps to remove the rear seat cushion moulding RH.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT REAR CUSHION MOULDING RH 
    1. w/ Seat belt warning system:

      Detach the 2 clamps.

    2. Detach the claw and clamp to remove the rear seat rear cushion moulding RH.
  12. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT ADJUSTER CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Detach the 2 clamps of the cable ends.

    2. Disconnect the 2 cables in the order shown in the illustration.
    3. Detach the 4 clamps to remove the No. 2 seat adjuster control cable assembly.
  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  15. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and No. 1 seatback assembly RH from the rear seat reclining adjuster assembly RH.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD RH 
    1. Remove the 4 hog rings and detach the 2 pieces of fastening tape.

    2. Detach the 5 claws and clamp to remove the rear seatback board RH.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT 
    1. Detach the 4 claws to remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

  18. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER 
    1. Detach the 2 clamps and remove the separate type rear seatback cover (with pad) from the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly RH.

      Remove the 2 hog rings.

    3. Remove the 11 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover from the rear seat cushion pad RH.
