DTC THC_d0013: Battery Coolant Heater Malfunction [09/2013 - ]: Procedure

1. Inspect the battery coolant heater. Refer to INSPECTION [09/2013 - ] .

NG → See step   3 

OK: Go to next step

1. Disconnect connector D7 from the battery coolant heater connector.

2. Disconnect connector L32 from the thermal control ECU.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
   D7-2 (BCT) - L32-6 (BCT)	Power switch off	Below 1 Ω
   D7-1 (BCTG) - L32-16 (BCTG)	Power switch off	Below 1 Ω
   D7-2 (BCT) or L32-6 (BCT) - Body ground and other terminals	Power switch off	1 kΩ or higher
   D7-1 (BCTG) or L32-16 (BCTG) - Body ground and other terminals	Power switch off	1 kΩ or higher
