DTC THC_d0007: Radiator Bypass Valve Malfunction [09/2013 - ]: Procedure
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SWITCHING VALVE WAY - THERMAL CONTROL ECU)
- Disconnect connector D2 from the switching valve way.
- Disconnect connector L29 from the thermal control ECU.
- Disconnect connector L31 from the thermal control ECU.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- Disconnect connector D2 from the switching valve way.
- REPLACE SWITCHING VALVE WAY
- Replace the switching valve way. Refer to REMOVAL [09/2013 - ] .
- Connect the RAV4 EV diagnostic tool to the No. 2 DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (READY).
- Turn the RAV4 EV diagnostic tool on.
- Enter the following menus: Thermal Test / Thermal System Test.
- Perform the "Thermal System Test" Active Test.
- Enter the following menus: DTCs.
- Read the alert codes.RESULT

- REPLACE THERMAL CONTROL ECU. Refer to REMOVAL [09/2013 - ]
