DTC P31CE-353: Contactor Cut OFF Relay Stuck ON [09/2013 - ]: Procedure

1. Remove the integration relay from the No. 1 motor compartment room relay block and junction block assembly.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   1C-1 - 1B-8	Auxiliary battery voltage is not applied between terminals 1B-6 and 1B-7	10 kΩ or higher

   *a	Component without harness connected (Integration Relay)

3. Install the integration relay.

NG → REPLACE INTEGRATION RELAY (CONTACTOR) 

OK: Go to next step 

1. Check that the service plug grip is not installed.
   NOTE:

   After removing the service plug grip, do not turn the power switch on (READY), unless instructed by the repair Service Information because this may cause a malfunction.

2. Remove the integration relay from the No. 1 motor compartment room relay block and junction block assembly.
3. Disconnect connector h1 from the battery control ECU.
4. Connect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
5. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
   1B-8 or h1-7 (CNTB) - Body ground	Power switch off	Below 1 V

6. Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
7. Install the integration relay.
8. Connect the battery control ECU connector.

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
