DTC P3108-536: Lost Communication with A/C System Control Module [09/2013 - ]: Procedure
- CHECK CONNECTOR CONNECTION CONDITION (POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU CONNECTOR) See step 1
NG → CONNECT SECURELY
OK: Go to next step
- CHECK CONNECTOR CONNECTION CONDITION (COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET CONNECTOR)
- Check the connection of the low voltage connector of the compressor assembly with bracket.
OK
The connector is connected securely and there are no contact problems.
NG → CONNECT SECURELY
OK: Go to next step
- Check the connection of the low voltage connector of the compressor assembly with bracket.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT)
- Disconnect connector A62 from the compressor assembly with bracket.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

(to Compressor Assembly with Bracket) - Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition A62-7 (IG1) - A62-1 (GND) Power switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V NOTE:Turning the power switch on (IG) with the compressor assembly with bracket connector disconnected causes other DTCs to be stored. Clear the DTCs after performing this inspection.
- Turn the power switch off.
- Connect the compressor assembly with bracket connector.
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- CHECK DTC OUTPUT (EV)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (READY).
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / EV / Trouble Codes.
- Check if DTCs are output.
Result
Result Proceed to DTC P3108-536 is output. A DTC P3108-536 is not output. B - Turn the power switch off.

- Disconnect connector A56 from the power management control ECU.
- Disconnect connector A62 from the compressor assembly with bracket.

- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
