Installation [12/2013 - 11/2016]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL OIL COOLER BRACKET 

    HINT: 

    Perform this procedure only when replacement of the oil cooler bracket is necessary.

    1. Temporarily install the oil cooler bracket to the body with the bolt.
    2. Install the nut and bolt in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque: 6.0 N*m (61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf) 

  2. INSTALL OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the oil cooler assembly to the oil cooler bracket with the 2 nuts.

      Torque: 6.0 N*m (61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf) 

    2. Connect the No. 1 oil cooler outlet hose and No. 3 transmission oil cooler hose to the oil cooler assembly and slide the 2 clips to secure them.
  3. INSTALL TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER AIR DUCT 
    1. Install the transmission oil cooler air duct to the oil cooler assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque: 6.0 N*m (61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf)

      HINT: 

      Insert the protrusion on the underside of the transmission oil cooler air duct into the bracket hole on the underside of the oil cooler assembly.

  4. ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID 

    Refer to ADJUSTMENT [12/2013 - 11/2016] 

  5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 90

  6. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 92

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 96
