Removal [11/2016 - ]: Procedure

  1. DRAIN ENGINE OIL 

    See step  1

  2. REMOVE FRONT FRAME ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [11/2016 - ]

  3. SUPPORT AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Set an engine lifter.
      WARNING:

      To prevent the engine assembly with automatic transaxle assembly from falling while servicing, do not remove SST.

      NOTE:

      Make sure that there is clearance between the automatic transaxle assembly and engine lifter.

  4. REMOVE BELT 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 78

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 OIL PAN SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 32

  6. REMOVE OIL STRAINER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 33

  7. REMOVE ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR 
    1. Remove the clip from the engine oil level sensor.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts and engine oil level sensor from the oil pan sub-assembly.
