DTC C1288: Error in Matching of ECUs [08/2013 - 12/2013]: Procedure

1. Check if a CAN communication system DTC is output. Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [08/2013 - 12/2013] .

A: Go to next step 

1. Perform system variant learning. Refer to CALIBRATION [08/2013 - ] .

   HINT: 

   • System variant learning is automatically performed immediately after Test Mode is entered.
   • If learning has not yet been performed, the slip indicator light will remains on and DTC C1288 will be stored.

NEXT: Go to next step 

1. Turn the ignition switch off.
2. Clear the DTCs. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2013 - ] .
3. Turn the ignition switch off.
4. Start the engine.
5. Check if the same DTC is output. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2013 - ] .

   Result

   DTC C1288 is not output.	A
   DTC C1288 is output (for 2GR-FE).	B
   DTC C1288 is output (for 2AR-FE).	C

   HINT:
