DTC P0A7F-123: Hybrid Battery Pack Deterioration [10/2013 - ]: Procedure

  1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT (HYBRID CONTROL) 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
    3. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / Trouble Codes.
    4. Read output DTCs. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2013 - ] .

      Result

      Result Proceed to
      P0AFC-123 is not output. A
      P0AFC-123 is also output. B
    5. Turn the power switch off.
    6. Disconnect the Techstream from the DLC3.

    B → See step   5 

    A: Go to next step 

  2. READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (VB1 - VB17) See step   2 

    B → See step   4 

    A → See step   3 

  3. REPLACE BATTERY VOLTAGE SENSOR. Refer to  COMPONENTS [10/2013 - ] 
  4. REPLACE HV BATTERY. Refer to  COMPONENTS [10/2013 - ] 
  5. GO TO DTC CHART (P0AFC-123). Refer to  DTC P0AFC-123: Hybrid Battery Pack Sensor Module [10/2013 - ]
