Removal [08/2017 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONVERTER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [12/2012 - ]

  2. DRAIN ENGINE OIL 

    See step  6

  3. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  4. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the nut, union bolt, seal washer and oil cooler assembly.

      *a Nut
      *b Union Bolt
      *c Seal Washer
    2. Remove the 2 oil cooler cover gaskets and oil cooler gasket from the oil cooler assembly.
