Removal [12/2012 - 10/2015]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD LH 
    1. Remove the 3 screws.

      *A for Type A
      *B for Type B
    2. Detach the clamp and remove the front fender front splash shield LH.
  2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER 
    1. Remove the 6 screws.

    2. Using a screwdriver, turn the pin hold clip 90° and remove the pin hold clip and screw.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for both pin hold clips and screws.

    3. Remove the center hood cushion and 2 radiator grille protectors.

      *1 Center Hood Cushion
      *2 Radiator Grille Protector
    4. Remove the 2 bolts and clip.
    5. Put protective tape around the front bumper cover.

      *1 Protective Tape
    6. Detach the 8 claws and remove the front bumper cover.

    7. w/ Fog Light:

      Disconnect the 2 fog light connectors.

  4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER NO. 2 ENERGY ABSORBER 
    1. Remove the front bumper No. 2 energy absorber.

      *A for Type A

  5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER CENTER STAY SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the clip.
    2. Remove the 2 bolts and front bumper center stay sub-assembly.
  6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the 6 bolts and front bumper side mounting bracket assembly LH.

  7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

      *A for Type A
      *B for Type B

      Detach the 3 clamps.

    2. Remove the 8 bolts and front bumper reinforcement.
  8. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to REMOVAL [12/2012 - 10/2015]

  9. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH

    1. Using a screwdriver, turn the clip 90° and remove the clip.
    2. Remove the screw.
    3. Detach the claw and remove the front bumper side retainer LH.
  11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER UPPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 2 bolts and front bumper upper reinforcement sub-assembly.
