DTC BMS_f080: Disconnect in HV System [09/2013 - ]: Procedure

  1. CONFIRM SERVICE PLUG GRIP INSTALLATION 
    WARNING:
    • Unexpected high voltage may be present.
    • Wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
    1. Visually check the connection of the service plug grip to the electric vehicle battery assembly. Remove the service plug grip and check for contamination.

      OK

      Dirt or foreign objects have not entered the connection, and there is no evidence of contamination.

    2. Securely reinstall the service plug grip.

    NG → See step   3 

    OK → See step   2 

  2. REPLACE ELECTRIC VEHICLE BATTERY ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [09/2013 - ] 
  3. REPAIR OR REPLACE SERVICE PLUG GRIP. Refer to  REMOVAL [09/2013 - ]
