Television Display Power Source Circuit: Procedure

  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY POWER SOURCE) 
    1. Disconnect the Q13 television display assembly connector.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      Q13-12 (GND6) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard voltage

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      Q13-16 (+B2) - Q13-12 (GND6) Always 11 to 14 V
      Q13-15 (ACC4) - Q13-12 (GND6) Ignition switch ACC 11 to 14 V

    NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

    OK → See step   2 

  2. PROCEED TO NEXT SUSPECTED AREA SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE. Refer to  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
