Park / Neutral Position Switch: Adjustment: Adjustment

ADJUST PARK/NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the transmission control shaft lever. Refer to REMOVAL .

2. Loosen the 2 bolts of the park/neutral position switch.
3. Align the protrusions of the park/neutral position switch.

4. Hold the park/neutral position switch in position and tighten the 2 bolts.

  Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
  
  NOTE:
  After installing the park/neutral position switch, confirm that the 2 protrusions on the switch are aligned.
5. Install the transmission control shaft lever. Refer to INSTALLATION .
6. After the adjustment, perform the park/neutral position switch operation check See step 1.
