Auto Access Seat does not Operate (Buzzer does not Sound): Procedure

1. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   Q2-1 (+SB) - Body ground	Always	11 to 14 V
   Q4-1 (+PB1) - Body ground	Always	11 to 14 V
   Q4-7 (+PB2) - Body ground	Always	11 to 14 V

   *a	Component with harness connected (Position Control ECU Assembly)

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

OK: Go to next step 

1. Disconnect the Q2 position control ECU assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the R1 No. 2 power seat switch assembly (ingress and egress switch) connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   Q2-14 (LFIN) - R1-1	Always	Below 1 Ω
   Q2-11 (LFE) - R1-2	Always	Below 1 Ω
   Q2-14 (LFIN) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   Q2-11 (LFE) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

4. Reconnect the No. 2 power seat switch assembly (ingress and egress switch) connector.
5. Reconnect the position control ECU assembly connector.

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

OK: Go to next step 

1. Remove the No. 2 power seat switch assembly (ingress and egress switch). Refer to REMOVAL .

2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
   1 - 4	off	10 kΩ or higher
   	Ingress	Below 1 Ω
   2 - 4	off	10 kΩ or higher
   	Egress	Below 1 Ω

   *a	Component without harness connected (No. 2 Power Seat Switch Assembly (Ingress and Egress Switch))
   *b	Egress Switch
   *C	Ingress Switch

3. Reinstall the No. 2 power seat switch assembly (ingress and egress switch).

NG → See step   5 

OK: Go to next step 

1. Disconnect the R1 No. 2 power seat switch assembly (ingress and egress switch) connector.

2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   R1-4 - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω
