Side Turn Signal Light Assembly: Inspection: Inspection

  1. INSPECT OUTER MIRROR GLASS (for LH Side) 
    1. Check the door mirror turn indicator.

      1. Apply battery voltage to the terminals of the connector, and check the LED illumination condition.

        OK

        Measurement Condition Specified Condition
        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 7 (TRNL)
        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 8 (GND)        		 Door mirror turn indicator illuminates
        TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

        *a Component without harness connected
        (Outer Mirror Glass)

        If the result is not as specified, replace the outer mirror glass.

  2. INSPECT OUTER MIRROR GLASS (for RH Side) 
    1. Check the door mirror turn indicator.

      1. Apply battery voltage to the terminals of the connector, and check the LED illumination condition.

        OK

        Measurement Condition Specified Condition
        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 7 (TRNR)
        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 8 (GND)        		 Door mirror turn indicator illuminates
