DTC B1446/46: Air Mix Damper Control Servo Motor Circuit (Driver Side): Procedure
- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM
- Connect Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch on (IG) and turn Techstream main switch on.
- Select the items below in the Data List, and read the value displayed on Techstream.DATA LIST / AIR CONDITIONER

Min.: 0, Max.: 255MAX. COLD: 5 (pulse)
MAX. HOT: 103 (pulse)- OK

- REPLACE AIR MIX CONTROL SERVO MOTOR
- Replace the air mix control servo motor. Refer to REMOVAL - Step 2 .

- PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE. Refer to PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
- REPLACE AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER. Refer to REMOVAL - Step 6
- CHECK DTC OUTPUT
- Clear the DTC. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR .
- Check for DTC. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS
OK → END (AIR MIX CONTROL SERVO MOTOR IS DEFECTIVE)
