DTC P2602-767: Oil Pump Control Circuit Low: Procedure

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU - OIL PUMP WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY)
- Disconnect the A48 connector from the oil pump with motor assembly.
- Disconnect the A65 connector from the hybrid vehicle control ECU.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition A65-34 (OPST) - Body ground Ignition switch off 10 kΩ or higher TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION*a Front view of wire harness connector
(to Oil Pump with Motor Assembly)*b Rear view of wire harness connector
(to Hybrid Vehicle Control ECU) - Connect the hybrid vehicle control ECU connector.
- Connect the oil pump with motor assembly connector.
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- INSPECT OIL PUMP WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY
- Disconnect the A48 connector from the oil pump with motor assembly.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition A48-2 (OPST) - Body ground Ignition switch off 10 kΩ or higher TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION*a Component without harness connected
(Oil Pump with Motor Assembly) - Connect the oil pump with motor assembly connector.

OK → See step 4
- REPLACE OIL PUMP WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY. Refer to REMOVAL
- REPLACE HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU. Refer to REMOVAL
