- CHECK CONNECTOR CONNECTION CONDITION (HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU CONNECTOR) See step 3

OK: Go to next step
- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (REAR MOTOR TEMP)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / Data List / Rear Motor Temp.
- Read the Data List.
Result
Result Proceed to -40°F (-40°C) A 419°F (215°C) B Same as actual temperature C - Turn the ignition switch off.

- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (CHECK FOR OPEN)
- Disconnect the rear motor temperature sensor connector.
- Connect terminals 1 (RMT) and 3 (RMTG) of the vehicle side connector of the rear motor temperature sensor.
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / Data List / Rear Motor Temp.
- Read the Data List.

- Connect the rear motor temperature sensor connector.

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU - REAR MOTOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR)
- Connect terminals 22 (RMT) and 23 (RMTG) of connector A65 of the hybrid vehicle control ECU.
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / Data List / Rear Motor Temp.
- Read the Data List.

- Disconnect connector A65 from the hybrid vehicle control ECU.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
