DTC B1474/74: A/C Inverter Malfunction: Procedure

  1. CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM 
    1. Using the Techstream, check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally.

      Result

      Result Proceed to
      CAN DTC is not output A
      CAN DTC is output (w/ Smart Key System) B
      CAN DTC is output (w/o Smart Key System) C

    B → See step   3 

    C → See step   4 

    A → See step   2 

  2. REPLACE COMPRESSOR WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL 
  3. GO TO CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM. Refer to  DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM 
  4. GO TO CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM. Refer to  DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM
