DTC B1446/46: Air Mix Damper Control Servo Motor Circuit (Driver Side): Procedure
- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (AIR MIX SERVO TARG PULSE [D])
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON and turn the Techstream main switch on.
- Select the items below in the Data List, and read the value displayed on the Techstream.DATA LIST / AIR CONDITIONER

Min.: 0, Max.: 255MAX. COLD: 5 (pulse)

- REPLACE AIR MIX DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Replace the air mix damper servo sub-assembly. Refer to REMOVAL .

- PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE. Refer to PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
- REPLACE AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER. Refer to REMOVAL
- CHECK DTC OUTPUT
- Clear the DTCs. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR .
- Check for DTCs. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS
OK → END (AIR MIX DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY IS DEFECTIVE)
