Unable To Connect To Call Center: Procedure
- CHECK COMMUNICATION SERVICE CONDITION
- Move the vehicle.
- If the vehicle is outside the communication service area, move the vehicle to a communication service area, wait for a while and perform the operation again.

- If the vehicle is outside the communication service area, move the vehicle to a communication service area, wait for a while and perform the operation again.

- Move the vehicle.
- CHECK DTC
- Turn the engine switch off.
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the engine switch on (IG) and wait for 10 seconds.
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Perform "Health Check" and check for current DTCs. Refer to HEALTH CHECK

- Check for PRL update. Refer to PRL UPDATE .

- Replace the DCM (Telematics Transceiver). Refer to REMOVAL

- Do not swap the DCM (Telematics Transceiver) with one from another vehicle.
