Rear Lower Arm: Installation: Installation
HINT:
- Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
- The procedure listed below is for the LH side.
- The rear No. 2 suspension arm assembly can be installed directly to the vehicle.
- INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY
- Temporarily tighten the rear No. 1 suspension arm assembly (inner side) with the bolt.

TEXT IN ILLUSTRATIONBolt Front of the Vehicle Paint Mark HINT:
Ensure that the paint mark faces the rear of the vehicle.
- Set the rear No. 1 suspension arm assembly in the position shown in the illustration, and fully tighten the bolt.
Torque: 100 N*m (1020 kgf*cm, 74 ft.*lbf)
- Temporarily tighten the rear No. 1 suspension arm assembly (inner side) with the bolt.
- INSTALL REAR SUSPENSION MEMBER SUB-ASSEMBLY
Refer to INSTALLATION
- TEMPORARILY TIGHTEN REAR NO. 2 SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY
- CONNECT REAR NO. 2 SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY
- Connect the rear No. 2 suspension arm assembly (outer side) to the rear axle carrier sub-assembly with the bolt and nut.NOTE:
When temporarily tightening the bolt, keep the nut from rotating.
HINT:
Insert the bolt from the rear of the vehicle.
- Connect the rear No. 2 suspension arm assembly (outer side) to the rear axle carrier sub-assembly with the bolt and nut.
- STABILIZE SUSPENSION . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 10
- FULLY TIGHTEN REAR NO. 2 SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY
- Fully tighten the 2 bolts.

- INSTALL REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Height Control Sensor)

- INSTALL REAR WHEELS
Torque: 103 N*m (1049 kgf*cm, 76 ft.*lbf)
- INSPECT AND ADJUST REAR WHEEL ALIGNMENT

- HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SIGNAL INITIALIZE (w/ Height Control Sensor)

- ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING (w/ Height Control Sensor)
