DTC C1203/95: ECM Communication Circuit Malfunction: Procedure

1. Perform initialization and calibration of the linear solenoid valve, refer to INITIALIZATION .

   HINT: 

   Before carrying out Perform Initialization and Calibration of Linear Solenoid Valve, C1203/95 will be output.

NEXT: Go to next step 

1. Turn the ignition switch off.
2. Clear the DTCs, refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR .
3. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
4. Check if the same DTC is recorded, refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR .

   Result

   Result	Proceed to
   DTC (C1203/95) is output	A
   DTC (C1203/95) is not output	B

B → END 

A: Go to next step 

1. Turn the ignition switch off.
2. Check that a proper hybrid vehicle control ECU is installed.

   OK

   Proper ECU is installed.

3. Check if the hybrid vehicle control ECU was replaced before the DTC was recorded.

   OK

   ECU was not replaced.

   Result

   NG (A proper hybrid vehicle control ECU is not installed and/or the hybrid vehicle control ECU was replaced)	B

1. Check that a proper skid control ECU is installed.

   OK

   Proper skid control ECU is installed.

2. Check if the skid control ECU was replaced before the DTC was recorded.

   OK

   Skid control ECU was not replaced.
