Rear No. 2 Seat Assembly: Disassembly: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Remove the rear No. 2 seat inner belt sub-assembly RH, refer to REMOVAL - Step 13 .

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  2. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 clips and remove the rear No. 2 seat cushion hinge cover.
  3. REMOVE RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR LH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and reclining cover protector LH.

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT OUTER HINGE COVER LH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and No. 2 seat outer hinge cover LH.

  5. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD LH 
    1. Using a "T45" TORX socket wrench, remove the 2 bolts and 2 bushes.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and rear No. 2 seat cushion cover with pad LH.

  6. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the 2 hog rings.

    2. Disengage each hook.

    3. Disengage the 3 hooks.

    4. Remove the 7 hog rings and rear No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH.

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Disengage the 6 claws and remove the No. 2 seatback board sub-assembly LH.

  8. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH 
    1. Disengage the 13 hooks.

      *1 Fastener
    2. Disengage the fastener.
    3. Disengage the hook.

    4. Remove the 2 screws.

    5. Disengage the hook as shown in the illustration and remove the rear side seat band sub-assembly LH with rear No. 1 seat cover bezel LH.
    6. Remove the rear No. 1 seat cover bezel LH.

    7. Disengage the 8 clips and remove the rear No. 2 seatback cover with pad LH.

  9. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the 9 hog rings and the rear No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly LH.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST COVER LH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and rear seat headrest cover LH.

  11. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Disconnect the 2 cable clamps.

    2. Remove the 3 nuts and rear No. 2 seat headrest assembly LH.
  12. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK EDGE PROTECTOR LH 
    1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seatback edge protectors LH.

  13. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOWER CUSHION HINGE COVER LH 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear No. 1 seat lower cushion hinge cover LH.

  14. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOWER CUSHION HINGE COVER RH 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear No. 1 seat lower cushion hinge cover RH.

  15. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT OUTER RECLINING COVER LH 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and guide, and remove the rear No. 2 seat outer reclining cover LH.
  16. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER RECLINING COVER LH 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear No. 2 seat inner reclining cover LH.
  17. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT INNER HINGE COVER LH 
    1. Disengage the claw and remove the No. 2 seat inner hinge cover LH.

  18. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Disengage the 2 cable clamps and remove the rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly LH.

  19. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Disengage the 4 cable clamps and remove the rear No. 2 seat cushion lock cable assembly LH.

  20. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SIDE SEAT BAND SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Using a drill bit with a diameter of less than 4 mm (0.158 in.), drill out the rivet head and remove the rear No. 2 side seat band sub-assembly LH.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT OUTER SUSPENSION LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts and the rear seat outer suspension link sub-assembly LH.

    2. Remove the E-ring.

    3. Disengage the hook and remove the spring.
  22. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER SUSPENSION LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts and rear seat inner suspension link sub-assembly LH.

  23. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts <A>.

    2. Remove the bolt <B>.
    3. Remove the 2 nuts <C> and No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly LH.
  24. REMOVE RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR RH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and reclining cover protector RH.

  25. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT OUTER HINGE COVER RH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and No. 2 seat outer hinge cover RH.

  26. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD RH 
    1. Using a "T45" TORX socket wrench, remove the 2 bolts and 2 bushes.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and rear No. 2 seat cushion cover with pad RH.

  27. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Remove the 2 hog rings.

    2. Disengage each hook.

    3. Disengage the 3 hooks.

    4. Remove the 7 hog rings and rear No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly RH.

  28. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Disengage the 6 claws and remove the No. 2 seatback board sub-assembly RH.

  29. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD RH 
    1. Disengage the 13 hooks.

    2. Disengage the fastener.
    3. Disengage the hook.

    4. Remove the 2 screws.

    5. Disengage the hook as shown in the illustration and remove the rear side seat band sub-assembly RH with rear No. 1 seat cover bezel RH.
    6. Remove the rear No. 1 seat cover bezel RH.

    7. Disengage the 8 clips and remove the rear No. 2 seatback cover with pad RH.

  30. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Remove the 9 hog rings and rear No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly RH.

  31. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST COVER RH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and rear No. 2 seat headrest cover RH.

    2. Remove the 3 nuts and rear No. 2 seat headrest assembly RH.
  33. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK EDGE PROTECTOR RH 
    1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seatback edge protectors RH.

  34. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT LOWER CUSHION HINGE COVER LH 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear No. 2 seat lower cushion hinge cover LH.

  35. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT LOWER CUSHION HINGE COVER RH 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear No. 2 seat lower cushion hinge cover RH.

  36. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT HINGE COVER RH 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and guide, and remove the No. 2 seat hinge cover RH.
  37. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING COVER RH 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear No. 2 seat reclining cover RH.
  38. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT INNER HINGE COVER RH 
    1. Disengage the claw and remove the No. 2 seat inner hinge cover RH.

  39. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Disengage the 2 cable clamps and remove the rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly RH.

  40. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Disengage the 4 cable clamps and remove the rear No. 2 seat lock cable assembly RH.

  41. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SIDE SEAT BAND SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  42. REMOVE REAR SEAT OUTER SUSPENSION LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts and rear seat outer suspension link sub-assembly RH.

    2. Remove the E-ring.

    3. Disengage the hook and remove the spring.

    1. Remove the 2 nuts and rear seat inner suspension link sub-assembly RH.
