REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 1
REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER . Refer to REPLACEMENT - Step 2
RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM See step 1
DRAIN COOLANT (for Inverter) . Refer to REPLACEMENT - Step 2
REMOVE INTAKE AIR RESONATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 7
REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CLEANER INLET . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 8
REMOVE NO. 3 INVERTER BRACKET . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 9
REMOVE LOW PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 2
REMOVE HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 2
REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/o Engine Hood Courtesy Switch) . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 6
REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/ Engine Hood Courtesy Switch) . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 7
REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 15
REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 13
DISCONNECT DISCHARGE HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the discharge hose sub-assembly from the condenser.

2. Remove the O-ring from the discharge hose sub-assembly.
  NOTE:
  Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.
DISCONNECT COOLER REFRIGERANT LIQUID PIPE A
1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A from the condenser.

2. Remove the O-ring from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.
  NOTE:
  Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.
REMOVE COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the 4 bolts.

2. Remove the cooler condenser assembly as shown in the illustration.
