Exhaust Pipe Gas Control Actuator: Installation: Installation

INSTALL NO. 2 CENTER EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Install the No. 2 center exhaust pipe to the exhaust pipe gas control actuator.
  NOTE:
  - When reusing the No. 2 center exhaust pipe, inspect the O-ring.
  - If the O-ring has scratches or cuts, replace the No. 2 center exhaust pipe.
INSTALL EXHAUST PIPE GAS CONTROL ACTUATOR
1. Install the exhaust pipe gas control actuator with the 5 bolts.

  Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf)
  
  NOTE:
  Do not apply any excessive force to the cooler pipe when installing the exhaust pipe gas control actuator.
2. Connect the heater hose.
ADD ENGINE COOLANT See step 4

INSTALL FRONT FLOOR COVER LH

Connect the 2 clips (B).

INSTALL HEATER COVER
1. Install the heater cover with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: 9.8 N*m (100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf)
2. Connect the clamp.
INSPECT FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAK . Refer to ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION - Step 1
INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER See step 6
INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 92
