Does not Play even after Bluetooth Audio Mode is Selected: Procedure

  1. CHECK OPERATION 
    1. Check if the portable player operates normally.

      OK

      The portable player operates normally.

    NG → MALFUNCTION IN PORTABLE PLAYER 

    OK: Go to next step 

  2. CHECK AUDIO SETTINGS 
    1. Enter the "Sound Settings" screen by pressing the "Sound" switch on the audio display.

    2. Set volume, fader and balance to the initial values and check that sound is normal.

      OK

      Audio system returns to normal.

      HINT: 

      Sound quality adjustment measures vary according to the type of the amplifier.

    OK: Go to next step 

  3. CHECK USING ANOTHER "Bluetooth" AUDIO COMPATIBLE VEHICLE OF SAME MODEL 
    1. Check if the "Bluetooth" audio player plays normally on another "Bluetooth" audio compatible vehicle of the same model.

      OK

      "Bluetooth" audio player plays normally.

    NG → MALFUNCTION IN PORTABLE PLAYER 

    OK → See step   4 

  4. PROCEED TO NEXT SUSPECTED AREA SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE. Refer to  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE 
  5. REPLACE NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL
