DTC B1595: No Response from Rear Seat Entertainment System; DTC B15D5: Rear Seat Entertainment System Disconnected: Description

The stereo component tuner assembly and television display assembly are connected by the AVC-LAN communication line.

The multi-media interface ECU is also connected to the stereo component tuner assembly by the AVC-LAN communication line.

The navigation receiver assembly is also connected to the multi-media interface ECU by the AVC-LAN communication line.

When an AVC-LAN communication error occurs between the stereo component tuner assembly and television display assembly, these DTCs will be stored.

HINT:

If either B1595 or B15D5 and either B1561 or B159F are output, troubleshoot for B1561 or B159F first.
If either B1561 or B159F and either B156B or B156E are output together with either B1595 or B15D5, troubleshoot B156B or B156E first.

HINT:

*1: Even if no fault is present, this DTC may be stored depending on the battery condition or engine start voltage.
The navigation receiver assembly is the master unit.
