1. Check if the other caller's voice can be heard properly.

   OK

   The other caller's voice can be heard properly.

   HINT: 

   The purpose of this step is to inspect the cellular phone when it is not connected to the vehicle.

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE CELLULAR PHONE 

OK: Go to next step 

1. Check that sound from the audio system can be heard from the driver side speaker.

   OK

   Sound from the audio system can be heard.

   HINT: 

   If sound from the audio system cannot be heard, proceed to "No sound can be heard from speakers. (Audio is mute.)" in Problem Symptoms Table, refer to PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE .
