Radio Receiver Power Source Circuit: Procedure
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the radio receiver assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
W/ BACK DOOR SPEAKERTester Connection Condition Specified Condition E2-20 (GND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω W/O BACK DOOR SPEAKERTester Connection Condition Specified Condition E8-7 (GND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω - Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
W/ BACK DOOR SPEAKERTester Connection Condition Specified Condition E2-1 (B) - E2-20 (GND) Always 11 to 14 V E2-11 (ACC) - E2-20 (GND) Ignition switch ACC 11 to 14 V W/O BACK DOOR SPEAKERTester Connection Condition Specified Condition E8-4 (B) - E8-7 (GND) Always 11 to 14 V E8-3 (ACC) - E8-7 (GND) Ignition switch ACC 11 to 14 V
