DTC P3110-139: IGCT Relay Malfunction; DTC P3110-223: IGCT Relay Malfunction: Procedure

1. Remove the integration relay from the engine room R/B.

2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance

   Tester Connection	Specified Condition
   3 - 5	10 kΩ or more
   3 - 5	Below 1 Ω (Apply battery voltage between 1 and 2)

NG → REPLACE RELAY (IGCT RELAY) 

OK: Go to next step 

1. Disconnect the A61 hybrid vehicle control ECU connector.
2. Remove the IGCT relay from the engine room R/B.
3. Turn the power switch on (IG).
4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   NOTE:

   Turning the power switch on (IG) with the hybrid vehicle control ECU connectors disconnected causes other DTCs to be stored. Clear the DTCs after performing this inspection.

   Standard voltage

   Tester Connection	Specified Condition
   MREL (A61-93) - Body ground	Below 1 V
   +B1 (A61-2) - Body ground	Below 1 V
   +B2 (A61-1) - Body ground	Below 1 V

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

OK → See step   3
