DTC P0C30-390: Hybrid Battery Pack State of Charge High: Procedure

- CHECK FREEZE FRAME DATA
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Select the following menu items: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / Trouble Codes.
- Read the output DTCs.
- Read the freeze frame data of P0C30-390.
Result
Result Proceed to "WIN Control Power" is 0 W, and "SOC" is 70% or more. A Other than above B

- CHECK DTC OUTPUT (HV)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Select the following menu items: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / Trouble Codes.
- Check if DTCs are output.

Result Proceed to P0C30-390 only is output. A P0C30-390 and other DTCs are output. B

- REPLACE HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU
- Replace the hybrid vehicle control ECU. Refer to REMOVAL .

- REPLACE HV BATTERY
- Replace the HV battery. Refer to REMOVAL .
NEXT: Go to next step
- REPLACE BATTERY SMART UNIT
- Replace the battery smart unit. Refer to REMOVAL .
NEXT → COMPLETED
- GO TO DTC CHART. Refer to DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART
- REPLACE HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU. Refer to REMOVAL
