POWER STEERING ECU (W/ Wireless Door Lock System): Removal: Removal

REMOVE STEERING COLUMN ASSEMBLY
Refer to REMOVAL
REMOVE STEERING COLUMN UPPER WITH SWITCH BRACKET ASSEMBLY (w/o Smart Key System) . Refer to DISASSEMBLY - Step 1
REMOVE STEERING LOCK ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Smart Key System) . Refer to DISASSEMBLY - Step 2
REMOVE POWER STEERING ECU PROTECTOR (for 2AR) . Refer to DISASSEMBLY - Step 6
DISCONNECT ECU WIRE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 2AR)
1. Disconnect the 2 connectors from the power steering ECU assembly.

REMOVE POWER STEERING ECU WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for 2AR) . Refer to DISASSEMBLY - Step 8
REMOVE POWER STEERING ECU PROTECTOR (for 2GR) . Refer to DISASSEMBLY - Step 9
DISCONNECT ECU WIRE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 2GR)
1. Disconnect the 2 connectors from the power steering ECU assembly.

REMOVE POWER STEERING ECU WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for 2GR) . Refer to DISASSEMBLY - Step 11
REMOVE POWER STEERING ECU ASSEMBLY (for 2GR)
1. Disengage the 4 claws to remove the protector.

2. Remove the 3 bolts.

3. Remove the 2 bolts to remove the power steering ECU assembly from the power steering motor assembly.
