- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (ATF TEMPERATURE SENSOR CIRCUIT)
- Disconnect the ECM connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (ECM - WIRING HARNESS CONNECTOR)
- Disconnect the harness connector from the wiring harness connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- INSPECT TRANSMISSION WIRE (ATF TEMPERATURE SENSOR)
- Remove the wiring harness connector from the transaxle.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition A-17 (E2) - A-18 (THO1) Always 79 Ω to 156 kΩ A-17 (E2) - Body ground and other terminals Always 10 kΩ or higher A-18 (THO1) - Body ground and other terminals Always 10 kΩ or higher HINT:
If the resistance is out of the specified range with the ATF temperature shown in the table below, the driveability of the vehicle may decrease.
