DTC P062F: Internal Control Module EEPROM Error: Procedure

  1. READ OUTPUT DTC (DTC P062F) 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
    3. Turn the Techstream on.
    4. Clear DTCs. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR .
    5. Turn the engine switch off and turn the Techstream off.
    6. Disconnect the Techstream.
    7. Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal and wait for 1 minute.
    8. Connect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.
    9. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    10. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
    11. Turn the Techstream on.
    12. Select the following menu items: Powertrain / ECT / Trouble Codes.
    13. Read DTCs.

  2. CHECK FOR INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS. Refer to  ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT INSPECTION PROCEDURE 
  3. REPLACE TCM. Refer to  COMPONENTS
