Reassembly (From 12/2010): Reassembly

  1. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the automatic light control sensor as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)  . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 1
  3. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY  . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 3
  4. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE 
    1. Engage each clamp.

    2. Connect the connector to install the No. 3 instrument panel wire.
  5. INSTALL GLOVE BOX LIGHT ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the glove box light assembly.

  6. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY 
  7. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the center instrument panel bracket sub-assembly with the 2 screws <E>.

  8. INSTALL SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE RH 
    1. Engage the 6 claws to install the side defroster nozzle RH.

  9. INSTALL SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE LH 
    1. Engage the 6 claws to install the side defroster nozzle LH.

  10. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Install the No. 2 heater register duct with the 4 screws <E>.

  11. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 3 screws <E>.

  12. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT 
    1. Install the No. 2 side defroster nozzle duct with the screw <E>.

  13. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT 
    1. Install the No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct with the screw <E>.

  14. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Install the No. 3 heater to register duct with the 3 screws <E>.

    2. Engage the clamp.
  15. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 3 screws <E>.

  16. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PIN 
    1. Install the 2 No. 1 instrument panel pins with the 2 screws <E>.
