- INSPECT PARK/NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH ASSEMBLY
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance
RESISTANCE REFERENCETester Connection Switch Condition Specified Connection 2 - 6 and 4 - 5 P Below 1 Ω Except P 10 kΩ or higher 2-1 R Below 1 Ω Except R 10 kΩ or higher 2 - 9 and 4 - 5 N Below 1 Ω Except N 10 kΩ or higher 2-7 D and 3 Below 1 Ω Except D and 3 10 kΩ or higher 2 - 3 2 Below 1 Ω Except 2 10 kΩ or higher 2 - 8 L Below 1 Ω Except L 10 kΩ or higher If the operation cannot be done as specified, replace the park/neutral position switch.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
