Front Wiper Motor: Removal

  1. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM HEAD CAP 
    1. Remove the 2 front wiper arm head caps.

  2. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the nut and the front wiper arm and blade assembly LH.

  3. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Remove the nut and the front wiper arm and blade assembly RH.

  4. REMOVE HOOD TO COWL TOP SEAL 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws.
    2. Disengage the 7 clips and remove the hood to cowl top seal.

  5. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH 
    1. Remove the clip.
    2. Disengage the 12 claws and guide, and remove the cowl top ventilator louver RH as shown in the illustration.

  6. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER LH 
    1. Remove the clip.
    2. Disengage the 7 claws and remove the cowl top ventilator louver LH as shown in the illustration.

  7. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the connector.
    2. Remove the 2 bolts and the windshield wiper motor and link assembly as shown in the illustration.

  8. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disconnect the rod of the windshield wiper link assembly from the crank arm pivot of the windshield wiper motor assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Disconnect the connector.
    3. Remove the 3 bolts and the windshield wiper motor assembly.
